Falling Water
Multnomah Falls
I saw a picture of Multnomah Falls and had to see it for myself. I wanted to photograph this waterfall and could not be happier with the results.
Another look at Multnomah Falls
A closer look and different vantage point splits the falls in two.
Going to the Sun Road
There are roads and there are waterfalls. When the two converge, magic is created.
Gooseberry Falls
Each waterfall is unique, special in it's own way. Gooseberry Falls is no exception.
Rainbow Falls
The gorge trail at Watkins Glen State Park in NY is absolutely stunning! And then you get to Rainbow Falls and you cannot believe your eyes. There are places this beautiful!
Wailuu Falls
The waterfalls on the island of Kauai were amazing. The Fantasy Island waterfall is a favorite. From the air, this blew me away; add a rainbow at the base and I have a picture.
Stone Creek Falls
A short walk from the Colorado River at the bottom of the Grand Canyon leads to Stone Creek Falls, absolute beauty within the grandest of Canyons.
Deer Creek Falls
Deep within the Grand Canyon is a waterfall that reminds me of a faucet that has just been turned on. As waterfalls go, this one was uniquely wonderful.
St. Mary's Falls
A wonderful short hike in Glacier National Park leads to St. Mary's Falls, one of the most picturesque in the park.
Virginia Falls
Less than a mile from St. Mary's Falls in Glacier National Park is Virginia Falls, even prettier in my opinion.
Niagara Falls
The view from the Maid of the Mist is hard to describe - add an angry sky and the view just gets better.
Roughlock Falls
I look for waterfalls wherever I go - this one was found in Spearfish South Dakota. Glad I planned this into my travels. It photographed well.
Under a Full Moon
Daybreak at Lower Yellowstone Falls is a beautiful time.
Through the Trees.
A glimpse of Lower Yellowstone Falls through the trees provides enough to make you want to see more.
Rustic Falls
There are so many places in Yellowstone that make you stop and take notice. I noticed Rustic Falls and I am delighted that I stopped.
Step Inside
Take a step into this picture and enter the gorge trail in Watkins Glenn State Park, a place so beautiful it does not seem like it can be real.
Toketee Falls
This is a stunning waterfall found on the Rogue Umpqua Scenic Parkway. I saw a picture someone posted - I had to capture my own.
Darwin Falls
This quaint little waterfall can be found in the least likely place, Death Valley National Park.
Alberta Falls
A short hike in Rocky Mountain National Park leads to Alberta Falls; one of the most picturesque waterfalls I have ever seen.
Taughannock Falls
Taughannock Falls is a 215 foot plunge waterfall, three stories taller than Niagara Falls. This waterfall can be found in the town of Ulysses in the Finger Lakes region of New York. This was definitely worth a stop.
